The fully automatic instrument with integrated PC is capable of determining the quality of the subject’s bone tissue in 45 seconds, analyzing the bone density at the heel. The US exam is a valid support for early detection of any predisposition to fractures or the onset of osteoporosis. The non-invasiveness of the US method is well suited for monitoring patients affected by Osteoporosis to evaluate the response to pharmacological treatments.
There are no consumables except for the gel. Reference values (T-Score , Z-Score) from -1 to +2.5.
