CLL Chronic lymphocytic leukemia

This kit isolates B-CLL cells directly from human whole blood by negative immunomagnetic selection. Multiple myeloma

RosetteSep™ Enrichment Cocktail is designed to enrich multiple myeloma cells (B cells and CD138+ plasma cells) from fresh bone marrow aspirates by negative selection. Unwanted cells are eliminated thanks to antibodies that recognize CD2, CD14, CD33, CD41, CD45RA, CD66b and glycophorin A of red blood cells.

Evaluation of the clonogenetic potential of CD34+ cells

Hematopoietic progenitors can be quantified and qualified by their ability to form clones when placed under the right culture conditions.
